Terms and Conditions

 

Acceptance of orders

• All orders are accepted on the basis that they are of no commercial value.
• Your images must not contain anything that may be considered indecent or offensive.
• We reserve the right to reject any order that we consider is not in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Copyright

• You will only send us images for which you own the copyright or images for which you are authorised to send. You can be authorised by gaining written approval from the copyright holder or due to the age of the material taking it out of copyright.
• You agree not to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You will indemnify us against any claims, costs, expenses or legal proceedings caused as a result of any contravention of the copyright agreement.
• If it is clear copyright is being infringed then we will not undertake the work.
• We will treat any copyright contravention as a breach of these Terms and Conditions, immediately cancelling your pending orders.

Privacy

• Details of customers are kept in strict confidence and we will not pass on your details or images to any third party.
• Your images belong to you and all copyright remains with you.
• Unless you direct otherwise, your details will be stored by us so that we can send you details of future promotions/special offers and so that we can calculate any loyalty discount due to you on future orders.
• Unless you direct otherwise, your images will be securely saved by us for a period of a minimum of six months to allow any further orders to be more easily met and without the need for you to upload the images again. All images that have been stored for a minimum of six months will be deleted.

Supply of Services

• We will not be liable for any loss or damage of your material during transit or whilst in our possession, however caused. All finished products shall be at your risk from the time of delivery back to you.
• We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your order within the timescale indicated to you before work started. However, the timescale should be regarded as a provisional timescale and we will not be liable for any delay in completing the order.
• Your acceptance of the estimate and full/part payment is deemed to be your agreement with these Terms and Conditions and approval for us to undertake the work agreed.

Estimates

• All estimates for work provided to you will remain valid for 21 days.
• In the event that our charges for delivering the order will exceed the estimate given, agreement will be sought from you for the additional charges before further work is undertaken.

Payment

• On completion of the order, we will issue you an invoice which will show the total cost, any amounts already paid and the final settlement amount.
• Payment must be made in full before delivery of your order.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or cheque. Cash payments are only possible if the order is collected.
• All prices and payments are in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and include VAT at the rate applicable at time of transaction.

Refunds

• If you are dissatisfied with part of the completed order, you must contact us within five days of order delivery to discuss the issue and we will work to correct the problem.
• A refund for part of an order where you remain dissatisfied with the final product may be offered at our discretion.
