If you have digital images

• Complete the order form A (PDF) or (MSWord)
• Email your images to us (up to 10Mb file size per email) with the order form attached
• If you are unable to send your digital images by email, copy them onto a CD/DVD or memory stick and
  send it to us using Royal Mail, with a printed order form
• We will assess the work if necessary, provide an estimate and give you a proposed delivery date
• We will carry out your work, send you our invoice for the work, return your final files and/or send you your prints

If you have photos, slides or negatives

• Print out and complete the order form B (PDF) or (MSWord)
• Choose your preferred packaging and delivery method
• Pack the material carefully and include the completed order form
• Send us the material using Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier
• We will assess the work, provide an estimate and give you a proposed delivery date
• We will carry out your work, send you our invoice for the work, send you your new images in the format you have chosen and return your originals
